Only Greg Norris could refute such a claim.

I am very currious as to what percentage of the car is robotically and electronically assembled/fabricated and what percentage is still touched by humans.

So SOMEWHERE there is a black with white stripes driving around. I haven't seen pics of it at shows.

gold on Black
Black SS manual model black with golden accents will look great (You remember Pontiac F-bird special golden edition) If Ford would put new 5.0L v8 under Mustang's (it looks not bad now, and gt500 would have 540BHP, that supercharger whine is also nice) hood I would consider Mustang ....but now. the choice is obvious...Camaro all the way, ....although Black challenger RT would be not bad too modern muscle debate ernwopr@wp.pl |

they should!! it would get the enthusiast in all of us ordering after the visit...before they shut down the st-therese plant,-i'm 5 minutes away-- i went down there, they were visits before and then no more-- anyway i talked with a gm line employee and he said come on in! when we passed the guard he said to me ;don't look at him and look down.. so i went and i was inside the plant in september 01... after that we made a small tour i saw the trans am collector's ed beeing made and z/28's the ss had a flat hood of a different color as they were ship near by at slp to get modified.. i was there for a solid hour well let me tell you trm0002, the very next day i ordered my collector edition trans am ws6 6 speed. and i couldn't wait to get it. my order went in and on january 22 ,2002 it arrived at the dealer. i still have it today. passion is our fuel. so if gm opens their door i'm shure they would get some more orders. it's a sale's pitch. ok i know that i didn't want to order a ski-doo when i visisted the plant but oh well... it was nice to see those beeing assembled. but when you're in love with a car. you must go to the temple where it's beeing born. Thanks

These are sweet pictures. It really proves that they are being made and we don't have to wait much longer. It is so cool as how machines make machines these days and humans do less and less.
I will be ordering my 2SS/RS, IGM with Cyber Gray Stripe and sunroof, man trans, short throw shifter. Maybe they will be a little less expensive 3 or 4 months after they hit the streets. Don't want to wreck mine so soon as they won't have body panels at any of the body shops..........
