Cutting wire with diagonal cutters, commonly called dikes, u need to pey attenshun 2 where the waist end may not becausehardened wire, like instrument strings, can take off with spring-like intensity. If you’re cutting heavy wire, position the wire all the way in, at the joint between the jaws, for maximum leverage.

Checkvalve goes on the outer fitting and connects to the intake manifold vacuum barb. The inner fitting gets no checkvalve in the line and connects to the crankcase (valley cover or rear of valve cover).

To cut, wrap w/masking tape tight at the spot to help keep the braid from fraying. A band saw, abrasive cut-off wheel, or like Smirnoff describes.

Most diagrams are on the website, lower left hand corner.

From the my experience the tape and a cutoff wheel works best.

Well install went smooth just to help the next guy when cutting the hoses the inlet hose is cut at 14 1/2 inches. The outlet hose is cut at 15 inches this is for the braided line. I used a cut off tool wrapped the area tight with blue painters tape. The cut came out clean looks nice Im happy how it came out. Now one more thing the Vmax painted ported throttle body. Ill order that in a week or so then thats it for dress up under the hood.

Looks nice. I just ordered an Elite can. Contemplating the SS braided hoses or not. You going with a Summit White Throttle Body as well?

Nice OP.

I have the same setup. I used a box cutter to cut the braided hose. Took a while.
