NEEDED someone with LLT for 30 minutes!

Hey all, I need a helping hand from anyone who has a 2010-2011 V6 (LLT) my car has developed a chatter and I believe it is coming from my throttle body and was hoping I may be able to borrow someone's for about 10 minutes to put on my car and start it up. I am in Fredericksburg, VA would prefer if you could come to my house but I could meet somewhere due to the fact the TB comes off in a matter of minutes. Thanks!

You could actually take off the throttle body and start the car it only regulates the air. I've had the complete intake off my LFX and it would start and idle, not great but it would run.

Ordered a new throttle body will be here Monday, getting chronic P0223 (throttle position sensor) engine codes now. Sucks because I have the VMAX on there going to see if they will send me a new one.

Can you measure the voltage out? Is the electrical wire damaged?

^^^^ I couldn't even get it to run with the air intake elbow off the throttle body due to no air passing through the MAF

Just some FYI on the throttle body off remark I posted earlier. I blew the intake off my LFX last year from a nitrous backfire and I drove it onto the trailer with the top of the intake in several piece and the throttle body hanging down. It ran like crap but it did run. ICEBERG was there with me when this happened and we were both amazed. If I would not have experienced it myself I would doubt it too.

Well the noise wasn't from the throttle body as I had optimistically hoped. Car died on the way up 95 to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge today....I believe the timing chain gave waiting on word from the dealer
