Go to Summit Racing, they have a long X-pipe that also replaces the resonators. I want it, but don't want to spend $100 having CAR-X, MIDAS install it. NO such thing as an old school shop near me, so I can get cheap welds done. SUCKS.

Magnaflow Crossover X-pipe ($83.79)
Edelbrock X-pipe, also replace the resonators ($129.95)

^^^Thats what I was talking about. I wonder how much better the Edelbrock would be deleting the resonators?

Contact jordan at magflowplus.com. He will take care of you. I put one on my car after my street cat-back wasn't loud enough.

Get the Magnaflow True X pipe with the flowmasters sounds great. Even better with a good CAI and a tune!

Adding the X pipe and deleting the resonator will not tone it down at all. It will add a bit more rumble to it. As I said, Add a good CAI and it sounds great!

I'm assuming you aren't using "tone down" and "roar" synonymously?

Those mods will make it louder. For the most part, that is about as loud as you can get it and still have it sound good in my opinion. Straight pipes, etc will make it louder, but you lose quality (only my opinion).
