Feeler Thread: Anyone interested in my Procharger?
It's not 100% in stone, but I may be selling my procharger P-1sc with about 4500 miles on it.
I'd be asking for 5000 for the kit (including injectors), and you would pay for the labor to un/install the kit. The reason I might be selling is that I need some up front capital for my modification plans for SEMA. My camaro is not my daily driver. Only reason for the mileage is that I've driven to SoCal and back 2 times (almost 700 miles each way) since picking up the car. Supercharger has never been abused. I don't drive like a maniac (I average 27 mpg on the freeways). I always allow trans temp and engine temp to warm up before even taking the car over 2500 rpms. I always allow for a few minutes of driving miss daisy before I park my car to let the supercharger cool down after my short spirited runs. I've changed the oil according to the manual for the procharger and still have two bottles of S/C oil from Procharger left. I run the canned tune, so I haven't tried to max out it's potential. It's just about broken in. I can drive the car to SoCal for anyone interested if you would like to have a shop down there uninstall the kit. If I do end up needing to sell this, is anyone interested? I would need to sell it in the next three weeks if I do. Thanks for looking! |

What's the plan? I'm sure driving a "regular" V8 isn't in the cards for you...

Seems to be just a little pricey. 5000 plus pay to have someone take it off and pay to install with 5000 miles? Damn, what did it cost new? I think you would get some interest at a lower price. IMO Good luck with the sale.

I paid 7000 for it, plus installation and tax.
Morano Racing has it for 7346. Lethal Performance has the Tuner kit (no injectors and other pieces) for 5886. Paying 5 grand for a slightly used supercharger full kit that's been taken care of for 2 grand under list? I'd say that the 28.6% discount is a decent price no? |

Bummer. There will be a lot of people who want a FI/ProCharger setup who will be kicking themselves later when they see what a good deal this is. :(
