Can someone measure the height of the grill opening in the center? I have a 68 Camaro Grill emblem i want to install and I am wondering just how it will fit in the opening.

Krylon Fusion Camouflage Spray Paint ive seen it used on front bowties so maybe it could work??? |

Those grills look great. Finished mine yesterday. I think the SS in the center really sets it off.

 I finished mine today. I used thin strips of 3M tape to hold the bowtie in place while I hotglued it to the grille. Worked beautifully! I also removed the gold portion of the bowtie while things were disassembled and painted in a textured black. I really like the new look!

will there be an option for the above grill - bowtie cutout or placement, other than ingenuity, tape and hotglue??
