Photoshop Wheels Request - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm looking into buying some new wheels for my car, or powdercoating my stock ones. My question is can any photoshop master take one of my garage pictures and 1). change the wheels colors to black (not sure if you can put kinda of a flat black appearance to it but if you can that would most appreciated). And 2). I'm also looking instead on that grabbing some 20" DRZ Jade 5 Black wheels, and if you can photoshop me a picture of those on my car that would be great.
