2013 2LT Dual-Mode Exhaust & OEM Body-Color GFX Question

I think I'm going to have to decide between the dual-mode exhaust option and the factory GFX package on my order. I don't think I can have the rear GFX with the dual-mode exhaust. I'm leaning towards the dual-mode exhaust with the option of maybe being able to just order the factory body-color sides and front GFX.

I really like the way the factory body-color GFX looks. So if possible, I would like to get it in some form with the dual-mode exhaust.

Can someone please post pics of a 2LT (can be a different year from 2013 as these are fairly new or even a different trim) with & without factory body-color GFX? I would like to see all four pieces if possible.

Also, I'm not quite sure what a diffuser looks like. Is this also painted body-color if your purchase the factory body-color GFX? Any pictures of this would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I looked there first. Unbelievable amount of info to go through.

I'm really looking for side by side pictures of with & without OEM GFX. Didn't see anything like that, but I wasn't able to go through all the threads & posts because I'm on a time frame. I thought maybe someone could maybe help me out rather quickly and maybe give me a little guidance.

Thanks for your attempt anyway.

Lastest info on my order

My dealer tried to add the dual-mode exhaust option to my order, but it could not be added because my order has the body-color ground effects package. So, the order is going through as placed.

He has offered to place a new order for me with dual-mode exhaust and no ground effects or I can receive my current order and they can add the performance exhaust as an option at the dealership. I'm waiting for him to give me a call to discuss this further, but I'm assuming he is referring to GMPP.

I would like some opinions as to what route I should go and pros & cons.
1. New order with NPP & no GM GFX?
2. Current order with GM GFX & GMPP dealer install? - can I keep my rear GFX?
3. Current order with GM GFX & third party performance exhaust? - which one?

I don't think I would trust that the dealer can install the NPP system. It is more than just a muffler, it is vacuum operated and electronically controlled.

So, are they capable of getting it right? Will a dealer even do this?

Dual mode exhaust is a SS, 1-LE, and ZL1 only option from factory

Please read the thread.

Dealer would add the performance exhaust (GMPP); not dual-mode exhaust (NPP).

(NPP) is available on the 2LT. Someone also posted it is only avail with the man trans. I had info that is was available on both auto and man. If you go to Cars.com and bulid a 2013 the NPP is available to select.

Here's a pic of my car and my boyfriend's side by side. Mine has the GFX rear diffuser and his doesn't.

Thanks, Sarah. I just so happened to have come across your picture earlier today. I really like the way the GM GFX looks. You have a really nice car! Hopefully I will have one soon. TPW 8/27.

due to the width of the dual tips on each side, I do not believe the dual-mode exhaust (NPP) would fit inside the rear tips of the GM GFX kit.

I guess I'm not wording my questions correctly or something.

I know that the NPP will not work with the GM rear spoiler. That's not what I'm asking because I already know this.

My order is going through with the ground effects and NO dual-mode.

I can either accept this order or I can place a new order with dual-mode and NO ground effects.

I want to know if dual-mode from the factory is worth delaying getting a Camaro?

or should I just get the one I ordered and let the dealer add the performance exhaust (GMPP) - NOT NPP-I know this is factory install only?

or should I just get the one I ordered and get an after market performance exhaust?

Sorry if this is confusing. I'm trying to make an educated decision because it's not like I'm buying a shirt.
