Indy, Road America, Belle Isle and Watkins Glen next week. Would you be going to these races if you didn't have a Camaro?

Yes, probably Watkins Glen. I've been going to races there on and off for years!

Yes we would. My wife and I like to move around the track and watch the different corners.
Our favorite spot is the stands at the top of the ss's. Nothing beats watching the cars come up through there.
Then again, the corral is just icing on the cake. Pontiac had a couple of great years there when we had our 06 GTO and we expect next weekend to be just as much fun with Chevrolet and UpstateC5.

We aren't going to make RA this weekend but we have tickets to The Hawk (Vintage) and LeMans weekends which we have blocked out 4 days each.

Still need to decide G6 or Camaro but we won't be parking in the Corral either way. When camping we need the car to be close.

We will certainly visit. Always fun to wander around and see nice rides between races

When the police close the highway and escort the vintages to Elkhart Lake is unbelievable

When WGI has the Vintage Weekend they close off the original course thru town and run parade laps around it all day. The Stone Bridge is the best view. At the track I perfer "the Boot" on the inside of the track.

always wanted to visit Watkins Glen, if it wasn't for this site i don't think i would of went.

To the original question, no I would not be going. But going with a group and being able to park inside the track I am looking forward to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I'm a little late to the party in replying to this one (haven't been online lately) but .... ABSOFREAKINLUTLEY!!!! It's such a family-friendly series with a LOT of VERY talented drivers and great racing.....where else can you get up close & personal with SOOOO many cars, drivers and teams?!?!?!

We've have a BLAST at the Mid-Ohio Corrals the last few years and are really looking forward to the inaugural Indy race at the end of July!!!
