Cool Adding mods to V-6 Mods to Camaro

Ive had my Camaro (V-6) for about 4 months now and I really want more HP,TQ.

What can I do to make it faster?

So far I have added

MBRP - Cat back Exhaust

Gen5 Racing - V-6 Stage 2 High Flow intake Kit +20-25 HP

Zex Nitrous System - 2010 Camaro V6

This one : http://www.pfyc.com/pc/CA3002/CAUNDE...+V6+82367.html

On a site note this is the stuff I added for cosmetic reasons if anybody cares :P.

Phantom Billet Insert
Lloyd Premium Floor Mats
Logo Door Sill Plate Decals
Halo Kit Demon Eyes LED

--------------------------------------------------------------

Any advice or recommendations? Thanks.

Have you done any dyno runs with the intake? 20HP seems pretty high. But if you can show me those numbers, I'll buy one!

I haven't put my car on the dyno yet. It would be the first time I ever put a car on the dyno since this is my first car. So I don't know how they work. Just shooting into the dark and buying upgrades hehe.

Really they said that the reason they don't have a heat-sink because Camaro is susceptible to heat soak that's why I didn't get air raid for example. Link for info on that air intake http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2010-...4506.m20.l1116.

What shot are you running in the nitrous??? i mean if you want more power just change the jet, that is also depending on the currant shot.

I'm assuming you mean heat shield not heat sink...

What appears to happen is the MAF/IAT sensor gets heat soaked and it is slow to recover... HOWEVER without a heat shield like the stock air box or the airaid intake you will be sucking hot air from the engine bay... The stock air box actually does a good job of getting better air from the front of the car rather than sucking in the hotter air further back in the engine bay....

I would be nervous running the smallest shot without doing a dyno run to double check the A/F.... let alone upping the shot without a tune! (which you can't do as of now)

if you can...cancel the order for the intake. itl net you some increase in power(not nearly as much as airraid or vararam will)....but it will be slim and DEFINITELY not worth the 300 bucks they are charging...
