Interior is now spotless...gum off the back seat...leather all wiped down...carpets vacuumed...gash in head...and new quarter sized dent in the wife's SUV. Lovely.

not a fan of the polished... I have nothing else shiny on my car. Believe it or not, I DO like the regular old black maggie. Now...totally hypothetical here...would it be better for me to non aspirated with a built motor (cam and heads) or with a supercharger? The only reason I ask this is because we live in TX...and heat soak, if I'm in the right train of thought, can be a bitch in 100 degree weather. Curious to know what "could be" from either combination. cost and output (hp and tq) on each set up. It seems like every time I get close or finally get the debt paid off, something comes up. I know...it's life. Now I have a dent in the wife's SUV that's going to cost several hundred dollars... But, if I can start putting away a tiny bit here and there.... |

That's the million dollar question...
If I did it all over again I'd slap a SC on it and be done with it... ...that's my plan for the next one anyway... |

With a stock or mild tune...and a blower, you'll be fine.. and as far as a polished maggie... I know a coating guy that could powder coat a maggie... probably... As for heat soak, talk to Keith... Camaro21... He knows as well as anyone if there is an issue there... Built motor with a cam and heads... you may pay a fortune in gas.... depends on the driving style and purpose/style of cam, size etc... before the flames start my way, this is just a way over simplified response...
