Switchblade keys
Auto Nation on 183 in Austin will sell you a new switchblade key, including cut for $57 w/tax. Everyone else I called wanted $40-60 added on for the cut.
The locksmith in Lakeway on 620 has just the blades (on order yesterday) with pins and will sell you a cut one for $25...to unrecall your switchblade remote: Website

The key that they give you is the same blank that goes into your switchblade. You just need to crack open the black end of the key and the blank will come out. Insert this into the switchblade part and put a pin in the little hole. I did this with both of my keys and have had no issues. I used a small finishing nail from my nail gun and clipped it off flush. Works perfect. No additional cost.

I know for me, the remote is the switchblade portion of the key and they just gave me a key with it. I split the black plastic part of that key using a razor blade and it works on the remote/switchblade without modification.
