Due to the location and angle of the throttle body on the v6, it would never work... Radiator in the way, it would end up about right in the middle of it.

Ever think of replacing radiator ? 2010, 2011 for 2012,2013 ? then the cap is in the center.

The 10-11 v6 camaro radiator has no cap/neck, it's a "remote fill" from what I can see... The center neck/cap radiator is only for the 10-11 v8 cars. A center cap wouldn't work with the v6 Vararam anyway...

Spoke with Vararam yesterday 3-12-14. The guy told me they HOPE to have the V8 version ready by Camarofest. And the V6 maybe by the end if the year. Spoke with Apex right after and will be ordering my CAI this month. After 13 months of "within the next 30 days" I am done waiting. Thanks to Chase at Apex for all his help so far. Great guy great company. Hey Vararam you might want to take some business advice from Apex.

So after looking up the best air intakes for my car, i come to this thread and find disappointment. I am not very hesitant to spend my money elsewhere atm

In conclusion, there is clearly no sense in waiting for maybes for the LFX. Chances are it will be a copy of what is currently already offered anyway, if ever. CAI & Rotofab make some great cold air intakes for our engines. Just pick one and move on.

Yeah I have given up. I'm just gonna stick with my k&n for now since I plan on trading up to an SS next year.

What is the status on these units for a 2013+ V8? My understanding was early spring.......just checking in, although I understand this is the V6 part of the forum .
