Questions on purchase/trade

Looking at this car: http://inventory.knoxford.com/2010-C...KY/vd/16010671

to trade my black 2010 2ss in for. The car above has a turbonetics turbo and electric exhaust cut outs (this is all additional that you can't see on the website). Hoping to get a decent price for my trade in. A few quick questions if you all don't care:

Is this a fair price for this car?

What should I expect to get for my 2010 black 2ss 36k-miles?

Thanks!

KBB for both questions. Any addons or mods typically do not increase (and can sometimes decrease) the car value and are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. So the blue book value will give you a ballpark figure to work with.

I've checked KBB and a few other sites.. none of them are even close to each other.. KBB gave me a 27k trade in price and another site gave me 25k..

I typically reference kbb and nada. As I stated, it's only a ball park figure. It's not set in stone. The most accurate number you will get will be from your bank (for the new vehicle). Even if you check 6 sites and they all list the same price does NOT mean you will get that price.

Check the sites to get a ballpark figure on what the car(s) are worth, and then negotiate with the dealer to get a price you can live with. Don't be afraid to just walk away. There is always another car available somewhere.

Just FYI incase anyone has the same question. I was quotes 23-25k depending on condition. I got there and they offered 24.5 which I thought was fair.
