Motor overheated in the second race at Miller. Went into limp mode. No 6 fuel injector was bad too. Still don't know cause/effect. Season over in WC.

Not much more validation for a Camaro then Ferrari engineers making accusations about it wearing "funny" tires.

...especially when you consider THEIR car was wearing "not-quite-ready-for-primetime" tires...

The tires on the F12 were Pilot Sport Cup 2s in sizes 10 mm wider than stock. Ferrari claims this grippy, track-ready tire will be optional soon, but couldn't provide us with a price. We'd guess they were worth a second or two @ VIR...
They clearly knew of what they spoke...

Lack of Air is a good start...10000 feet altitude with the Restritor plate you have...not helping for sure.
Didn't all the Mustang racer made a standoff in the 2012 PWC season because of this? (blown motors because of too much restriction)

The individual lap videos are up. All I have to say is that some of the laps look less than stellar. Different drivers, the consistency seems varied; I'd take all of these lap times with a grain of salt...

This one (Viper TA) is painful to watch as are some others....
