I was out to give my Camaro a quick rinse (I've been driving it all winter and "spring") and low and behold I see this in my mirror in the line for the wash....Anybody from on here? It was an Orange SS with white stripes all the way over the bumper and appeared to have some sort of decal on the doors (a INDY Pace Car logo perhaps?...)

And the second pic is of my street this morning.....this is getting depressing....

Those are pace car ed. stripes, colour and it's an SS. All indicators that it is in fact a pace car ed. I'm sure there's a few people sh!tting themselves seeing one out in the snow let alone going through a car wash

2 camaros at the wash!? I have yet to see another one in my area (Sherwood Park) yet, just a couple of challengers and lots of mustangs out

Be cautious with touchless washes, the pressure is higher than cloth washes, and could harm your paint. I discovered that when I took my truck through, and never again.

As for the Camaro, it only gets the personal touch at home, and I know not everyone can do that.

good point Frank!
I have to take mine through one sometime next week, need to get the under carriage washed good. This week is looking pretty poor for weather but next week is looking good

Dennis,
Just wait it out and do the Camaro at home, I'm not promoting carwashes, as my truck has enough swirl marks from them. My truck I don't mind taking through a carwash, but, my Camaro, will never see the inside of one.

FYI, When I wash my vehicles at home, I always make sure to get underneath with the hose.

drove home, started this morning in 23 degree weather and got out at home at 4 degree weather.....good thing is all the snow has dissappeared.......oh let it rain!!!!!!!! and Roxy only gets the personal touch,,,even though she has gained weight,,,thanks Frank....
