City Chevrolet in Charlotte...Convertible Service

Has anyone taken their convertible to this dealership for repairs? I am thinking of taking my car to them for wind noise in the back right of car. I want to make sure they have a good rep for repairs.

Their service dept used to be very good. I heard they lost a few of their better techs and the service wasn't as good as in the past. I have only had one visit there and it was good.

We have a good relation with City Chevrolet. They are good people. Anyway, I've always dealt with Trip in service.

Thank you for the responses. I live near Mooresville, NC. So I wanted to see if the drive was worth it. The dealerships around here are iffy.

Jonster, Hello, I work in the Fort Mill area and recently purchased a new convertible. I was interested in knowing if you had the wind noise resolved and what your dealer experience had been.

Thanks,
Mike
