USB won't work but XM does?!

I noticed since last night my music won't stream Bluetooth or USB (even greeted out on the MyLink homepage), but the XM radio works. Hate to sound like a conspiracy person, but this is a strange coincidence?

My Bluetooth just quit working, and I can't seem to re-pair the device. Also, my USB quit working some time ago but I just recently took it in to my dealer. They have a new MyLink on order for me.

MyLink is great, but there are definitely some bugs and glitches in it.

Post it in the auido section, I am sure they will help you out.

I have a 2011, my iPhone was working perfectly with my car. Then I stopped to get gas, pulled the key out to pay. Ten my phone and gmconnect for music would not work. Was in a bit of a rush. Turned the car on and off and opened the doors too. Still did not work. Later that day, it worked fine.

XM is free until June 2nd but that's not why your USB stopped working.

I realize how displeasing it can be when faced with an infotainment concern like this J-Short, and though you're seeking thoughts and opinions, I would be happy to communicate this situation with the designated Customer Experience Manager at your preferred dealer if you feel an official diagnosis is necessary. Feel free to message us privately if you'd like to proceed, or discuss this situation further.

Kindly,

William R.
