Is that the same Camaro you guys had at the Talledaga Camaro FunFest back in Oct? If so it was hot that day, but can't imagine what it will do after this mod

Thats not a LSX block they are iron and also painted orange. Camaro must be a customer's because there shop car doesn't have the orange interior. Someone on here this car belongs to must be just sitting back watching. Very nice build guys. Anyone want to make any guesses on final HP numbers I say 1000 rwhp.

No swap to the tranny. We are changing the torque converter and pouring some "secret sauce" on the internals to make it live longer.

We highly doubt that the owner will be drag racing it. Speaking softly and carrying a really, really big stick is the plan.

-MTI Racing secret design, LS7 based 454 small block stroker motor.

No, it is not the same Camaro we had at the MTI Racing Camaro Funfest. This Camaro is (will be) a little more violent. Maybe NC-17.

The LSX454 is around $11k and puts down 620hp and 590tq with a compression of 11.0, its still a small block just with big block bore, im pretty sure this one used here is an LSX454

That being said, GM should put this in the Z/28, yeah its a crate engine but its got 18 less horsepower than the LS9 and has gotta weigh at least 100 pounds less since its not supercharged, plus it costs about half the price of the LS9, its even cheaper than the LS7

This is not a crate LSX454. This is an MTI Racing custom designed LS7 small block 454 that we developed with the customers personal specifications.

Update: Check this out, BIG CUBE SUPERCHARGED POWER! Need I say more, well of course I do, check out this killer polished TVS 2300 that is being installed on the Johnny Cash project car here at MTI Racing. I don't know about you guys but we can't wait to get this monster breathing some fire. Stay tuned for more updates.
