ACE5 Members Invade Stone Mountain - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Stone Mountain Park in Georgia was the site for a gathering of Camaro5 members on Saturday July 16th, 2011. With a turnout of just over 1/3 of the ACE5 (Atlanta Camaro Entusiasts 5th-Gen) members, this was one of our larger gatherings.

The meet was meant to welcome and thank ACE5 member Can't_C_Me for his military service in Iraq while he was on leave. He is heading out tomorrow for a few more months in Iraq, and then will be heading home for good. We wish him well.

We had a large cookout and many stayed late for the firework and laser show on the side of the mountain.

Definitely!!! We'll have even a bigger showing at Pony Wars in the Fall than we did in the Spring!

It was an awesome time! Awesome turn out. Now hopefully we can get all 55 members to show next time! Hope to be back for Pony Wars!!!!!

Has any of your club signed up on the tread they started because we r stuck at 77 would love to get over 100.

Already in your list that I recognize from ACE5 is: Can't_C_Me, Dexcam1, Toyaholic, 4RD H8R, Stark, BBuBBles, and GtSmoke. I should be registering soon, and we'll get the word out again for the others.

Thanks on the paint compliment! However, I stole it from GtSmoke...the killer paint job on the coupe! I was at the Spring Pony Wars on Saturday as a spectator. The convertible did not have the paint job then.

Hey Look! No Red Jewel paint on the front of that yellow one! I think the Red Jewel is about 7 cars BEHIND.
