I was very impressed when I finally got to talk to him today... Corey had talked to him several times and I thought it was oner of the tech/sales/support guys... Nope, this is the man himself...

He wanted to talk to me, so we finally got in touch, and he made sure to point out that just because I've paid for the trans, and have it in my hands, that our relationship is not over... That if I ever need anything, tech support, comments ideas etc... to please call him...

I was blown away to say the least... Most of the vendors I've dealt with have been great, but to have the owner and primary brain behind the business of building high end transmissions tell me what he was offering and what-not, was amazing....

Class is all that came to mind....

I went to the customer review section of his web site and there are some pretty amazing teams and drivers that support and use him exclusively...

I'm even more excited about trying this thing out.... and feel whatever we have to modify in Brandi is well worth it...

He reinforced that my car is the FIRST street Camaro to have this trans in it.... I can honestly say i am happy to be a guinea pig in this case...

Very cool.

And you are NOT a guinea pig. You are the lucky one to be the first with one of those bad boys... You rarely go wrong with top-of-the-line products and vendors.

I hear you... I don't feel at all a guinea pig... I'm just excited thinking about finally geting to put Brandi through her paces... While the road traveled is not as far as the road you're on, it has beena long one... and there is a faint but certain light at the end of the tunnel...

Wow, thanks for bathing her... that's too cool... I'll be arriving at the shop on the morning of the 2nd of April... I leave the rig on the 26th, but I have to leave the airport in Houston and drive straight to Lafayette.... We have a Subsea meeting that was extended one day on the front end... I had intentions of going home overnight and then driving to Lafayete, but that's not going to happen...Oh well.... Hopefully we can get her going and roll her out of the shop before the end of the week.... April 6th... If not, I'll have to drive a Dodge Truck to a Camaro Gathering...

Yeah, we ventured off into other areas including harrasment and bullying...

It gets interesting in here occasionally... at least to a few...

could you modify the factory seat backs to have "slots" to allow the cage bars to fit "in" the seat?

may need to add some reinforcement to the seats, but I'm sure it could be made to work

Here are some seats for Brandi - the owner put 5 of them in his boat. They are the ones used in the Space Shuttle. A little pricey... but each one has supplemental oxygen and fire suppression...lol.
and they are lightweight as well
