that is prolly the automatic with the L99 right? i thought we saw that dyno with around 364 rwhp withthe LS3? and this one was 358 rwhp...or is that just variant from car to car?

More of a variant from dyno to dyno, plus others.

That is on the automatic transmission and 400HP is at the crank not the wheels. The manual has 426HP at the crank.

The learning curve on performance accessories for the camaro should be pretty short given the heritage of the LS3 and it looks like we will be spoiled for choice for options on everything from simple bolts ons to superchargers.

It will be great to see how Camaro5 evolves as it goes from folks looking forward to their new cars to sharing information on their experiences on accessories, performance tunes etc - thats where the community should really take off
I agree and that is really what makes internet forums so much fun. Face it, most of us are not into cars just for the vehicles, we're also in it because we enjoy having something in common with so many people and truly enjoy sharing our stories and offering our input on various subjects.

I know I have learned a whole bunch of stuff through the years from people who knew more than I could ever dream of learning by my own trial and error.

This isn't surprising. The CAI and tune on a Mustang GT ups 30+ hp. My buddy got a 50 hp gain from CAI, tune, underdrive pulley, electric water pump and exhaust.

Hopefully all those things will be available for the LS3/L99.

Can anyone give some insight to the hotcam vs high lift rocker option? Do you think the high lift rockers will add anywhere near the power as the cam? It's just such a simpler mod than a cam swap if it's within 20 hp it might not be worth it.
