I would throw an 18% on if I had the id850s and I was already tuned, but if you really want to go back to stock (or closer to it) Just throw a 5% on because then you for sure wont be going over the stock injectors limits

Doing a little more research I found info that suggested the injector duty cycle of a bone stock ZL1 approaches 90%. If true, then it didn't seem unreasonable that my car could be exceeding that value with its current mods. The one fly in the ointment in all this is the ported TB. How much, if any, has it been a contributing factor? Engine mods: Roto-Fab CAI Roto-Fab Big Gulp Vmax Ported LSA TB ATI Super Damper with 10% overdrive pulley ring ID 850 injectors Elite catch can

The duty cycle can not exceed 100% there may be something out of whack with the scanner software. We have about 20 milliseconds of injector opening time, with an actual AFR of 11.6:1 all the way to the top you might see 17-18 ms, when it goes in the COT then it will reach 20 ms. keep in mind COT is in the 9s AFR that takes a lot of fuel to achieve that. The TB should have no affect on the injector duty cycle. Ted.

Duty cycle can easily go over 100%. Not sure where you're getting that info.

Your not wrong. Bone stock you can hit 90-93% duty cycle. Change the pulley and you will go over 100%
And bone stock Cat Overtemp will command 10.48:1 AFR, not down in the 9's. Quote:
