Rims & Tires
I just after many years decided to finally Powder Coat my 2011 Camaro RS/SS V8. I had them use 2 colors and loved the job that was done. The only issue I had I was told I needed new tires. Car is just over 10 years with just a touch over 34,000 with the Pirelli P Zero All Season. I just changed tires on my 2015 Malibu that had over 100,000 miles on the orig tires so i do keep the tire pressure correctly and make sure the alignment is always correct.
Any recommendation on tires that would last longer than 35,.000 miles for all season even thou it is garaged in the winter. |

Run flat tires do not last as long as other tires. I have pirelli p zero too and find to be a really solid all around tire.

Was the issue tire wear or the age? A lot of tire shops would recommend replacing 10 year old tires, especially if they were taken off the rims anyway.

Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Sport Plus.. Great tires. I have run them for the past 9 years. Those P-Zero's you have are 10 years old, I wouldn't trust them any longer.

I second these. I ran these for years when i was running all seasons. I also put them on my brothers G8 and he loves them. I had our company mechanic put them on his 11 Mustang GT and he loves them also. Great wear and i was even able to drive around in the snow with them. When my 86 Recaro TA is back on the road, its gonna probably get them as well even tho she will be a garage queen
