jake2212 scammed me

I respond to his ad to purchase a set of SS Rotors that he had for sale. we agreed on price of 275 including shipping. Paid through Paypal on 4/8/2017. He promised to send me the tracking info. Messaged asking for status of tracking on 4-11 he responded that he was having troubles with shipping and that Fedex was $179. Told him to try parcel post, no more communication then on 4/15 I asked for an update and he responded that he would eat the cost or refund my money.

4-16 I asked for a refund and nothing since then, I have filed a claim through Paypal and I will be contacting my local police to find out where he lives to file the police report. Paypal says PA but the profile says NV.

Good luck. You would think with an Itrader rating of 100% from 5 different people, 5 years on the forums, zero infractions, and over 1100 posts. I wouldn't think he'd be scamming anybody. It's possible he got busy maybe. You'd think if he was going to start scamming people he would do it on something to make it worth his time like a few thousand dollars instead of a few hundred bucks.

That I agree with, but we all get busy, but when I say im going to do something and I have something for sale and take someones hard earned money I come through with the sale and make time to get it mailed out or return the funds. 10 days to mail some rotors is a joke.
