Arrow LT Headers + Cat Back Exhaust

I was gonna get a cat back exhaust but I think I'm gonna wait longer and get the headers too. I don't want it to sound way too raspy though. I don't know much about LT headers or who makes the best.

So which LT header/cat back combo sounds the best in your opinion? Video clips would be appreciated.
And would it need to be tuned? Because of the removed catalytic converters and everything.

I love how this one sounds... (the video clip below)
Now that's how a muscle car should sound! But I think it's too loud for streets, and I don't wanna get pulled over every 2 mins. So I want something that sounds like that but just a bit quieter.

there is a sound compulation thread at the very top of this section but keep in mind the variables. camera position, distance, garages, windy, etc will all effect the way these clips sound.

also, one persons evaluation oftens differs from another.

i've finished installing my Kooks long tube headers with cats yesterday and simply couldn't imagine another company's being any easier to install. my hats off to Kooks!

as for the exhaust, i went w/ the cats in the header kit and chose Corsa. i chose Corsa because i work with a guy with an LS1, Kooks headers and Corsa and it sounds good. plus Corsa claims no drone (meaning at cruising speeds you can't really hear the exhaust).

i will be putting on the Corsa today, but it looks really simple.

as far as tuning goes, you should but it's not needed. tuning will give ya more horse power on top of the increase you'll get with the headers. but more importantly, the tune will turn off your check engine light. long tube headers move the O2 sensors back and the rear sensors don't get warm enuff, thus triggering the check engine light. you can drive around with the light on, but the tune will fix that issue.

i also went with the Roto-Fab cold air intake and after my tune, i hope to net 50-60rwhp! all that's left is the SuperCharger with isn't looking real feasable this year.

good luck!
