Loving the new stripes in the sun! Now I have to think what's next. I'm thinking dovetail like this:
Or a ram-air hood:

I meant the name plate in the car that said it was built for you and had you vin on it. Although I did order a plate frame from the site you mentioned. Thanks

Lol, sorry. I got it from emblempros.com. They have them in black (plastic) and silver (metal), I believe.

Time for another change...
I'm not too happy with the CAMARO logo on the quarter panel. I love the look, the color, the placement, ect. But, it looks cheap when you get close. So, I'm going retro. I ordered 68-69 fender script and will have it painted to match the stripes. I'm having my paint guy go nuts on the engine cover, so why not let him paint them while he's at it? I've seen a couple of 5th gens with the old script and I think it looks awesome. I can't wait to get yet another thing done to separate her from the pack.

New Camaro logo is on....
And I couldn't be happier. I love the retro look, but it didn't jive with the 6.2L logo on the hood, so that had to go.
A little back story (if you have time)... My paint guy got promoted to estimates, too bad. He said he had a guy that did good work, but after 5 days (yeah, she was in while I was in Mississippi for work) the guy didn't get it done. I got off the plane and there was a message saying I couldn't pick her up until the next day. I was pissed! So I called my old paint guy and went off. Long story short, he's got my engine cover and he's going to personally paint it on his off time....and for cost! So, I guess sometimes things work out better when you make a phone call. I was upset, but I would rather them have her an extra day to get the job done right.
