First let me say that I don't really care too much about mileage but it was one reason I ordered the V6. I am only getting about 17 in town with 1200 miles on it. I am not in a big city with stop lights every block so I am a little disappointed with the mileage. Is anyone getting better ????
P.S. I Love the car.....

how did u break in the engine? if u didnt break it in hard tht could cause problems with mileage

im gettin about 18.8 on average with my ss

Broke our Camaro in like we were told - don't beat up on it and vary speeds for 1,500 miles. We just took a trip from SC to NY and got 26mpg on it. Regular gas is a nice benefit too!!

Really only ck'd it once with app. 300miles on it, I got 28.4mpg on a 285mi. all highway Trip doing 60 to 75MPH.
