Picture Request of a Non Painted v8 Engine Cover Please.

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone here happen to have a non painted v8 engine cover picture that they could post here for me please?

I ordered my 2SS with out a Painted Engine Cover or at least I didnt Request one anyway,... I dont know if 1 comes with it as a default or not but I figured that if mine didnt come painted I was going to go and have my friend paint it for me who does body work and paint, Paint it for me and I was just wondering what it looked like with out any paint on it what so ever, I'm so use to looking at them matching the body color of the cars and stuff.

I'd appreciate it.

My cars under a cover topped with snow but this is from chevy's site and is exactly what you will get. The silver part is what gets painted your color when you choose the option.

So that is Exactly the way that my unpainted Engine Cover is going to come?

That Silver was actually about the color I was thinking of having it painted. I thought it was going to come all Black or something to me.

My 2SS is going to be Black so I dont think I'll have to do anything with the Engine Cover, What are some of the people here doing with their Engine cover, Meaning What colors are they having theirs painted?

This pic has some shine from the flash so it will really be closer to the color Cyber Gray. Not sure if you've seen it in person yet. It will look nice with the black. Lots of people are getting custom one from the corvette since they have the same engine. Their are lots of different options out there. I had originally ordered the IOM cover for my car but the dealer cancelled it because it was holding up my order and I could order it afterwards through the dealer. I think since it's a dealer installed option you get the original cover also so it's not like I paid any extra.

When you order it with the car, you don't get the non painted one. They just replace it with the painted one. It's not like the 21in optioned wheels where you get both sets.
