Performance Chips
I'm thinking about putting a performance chip in my new 1LE does anyone have any suggestions. I also heard that the cars ECM can tell if I change out chips therefore affecting the warranty

All you need is a tuner. Either changing the chip or tuning will void the warranty.
So you either want to tune the car OR you want to keep the warranty. |

CAI first, it wont void your warranty. Anything that modify the stock ECM will void warranty, unless your dealer has big balls.
