Fuel additives
Out here in El Paso, TX I can only find 91 octane. Was wondering what fuel additives people are running for keeping injectors clean and boosting octane?

I haven't used it in my car but my buddy was running the dragon octane booster in his tuned 335i and it worked like a charm

I've always had good luck with Lucas products you can find at your local parts store.

I've tried Lucas, Royal Purple, and 104+ octane. I'll probably go with Lucas but wanted to get an idea what everybody uses that works.

I'll try to add something to every fuel up. Not sure when it's recommended, I just want to keep everything clean and maybe boost octane a little.

Many such additives (like Torco) has ferrocene. Ferrocene can do irreparable damage to engine internals.
Here is a paper from SAE on Ferrocene: http://papers.sae.org/2006-01-3448/ Here are the pictures of the engine internals after frequent use of TORCO (source). Guess which ones are the exhaust valves touching the fuel : P I would personally not add any fuel additive to the engine.

Only thing I add in my vehicles as well my boat in my sig line is Marvel Mystery Oil. Run it in the fuel and oil.
