HELP 2013 2lt vert....crank no start

Out of Warranty ...
code P023f
Once or twice she Fired & I thought she might start but no go
Ride of shame home from work on a flatbed
Retired Master Tech could sure use a few pointers
Not How I wanted my 1st post to go But I could sure use friendly advice!

Code P0230 is fuel pump circuit. Go to SEARCH in the V-6 sections, there is a thread with ALL of the codes and what they are...Good Luck! Maybe it's a fuse..

How many miles are on the car? A fuel pump or fuel pump control module may be considered warranty under powertrain still. Call the dealer with your information, they will tell you whether either is covered under powertrain still.

72k no warranty...I can her the hum of the low pressure fuel pump and... she fires cold... just won't start!!

Your car is still under powertrain warranty. 5 year 100k miles. What does "fires cold" mean?

basically that means it would try to start but would not run

Autonation Chevy clearwater just Quoted me $1,100.00 to replace the low pressure fuel pump (in tank) I just bought on Amazon for $110.00 shipped to my door Book time is 4.6 hours with air tools and a lift.. I'm guessing 3+ Hours in my driveway with hand tools & no beers!!!

Lowering the tank requires removal of the exhaust and driveline to lower the right side tank. Let us know how it goes.

ok... it took almost 4 hours, I'm not as young as I thought I am!!but it's done & I know every nut, bolt and screw is back where it belongs!!More Important... I'M BACK ON THE ROAD!!!
