Will this work on a 2015 with the "standard" key from the factory? Is the second RFID chip to make this work still in the fob?

I simply ground the key out of the plastic like others and used one of these http://www.amainhobbies.com/rc-cars-...-asc7369/p2438

They are a little long and have to be cut to length but they fit perfectly and press in easy with a pair of vise grips.

YES- I just got this key blank from this vendor, had the dealer cut it for $10 and installed it back in the fob. The only hard part is finding a split roll pin the correct size, tried 4 stores with no luck. I had one just slightly larger and I drilled the fob hole to match. I love the switchblade!
