I had a bad expeirence with Jake Sweeney. I ordered my 2010 and waited for it, and I was in Afghanistan. I was about to come home and pick it up and he sent me pictures. I noticed in the picture it didn't have a sunroof, and I had ordered a sunroof. I asked about it and he said that the order got messed up. I told him I want my deposit back. He tried to get me to take one that had everything I wanted, but had 500 miles on it. I asked for some money off and he said no. I told the guy I was getting a car that had 5 miles on it, but now you want me to get one with 500. I then waited for the 2011 and got it from Becky in Detroit. I'm glad I went to her. Best car buying expeirence I've ever had.

I had a good experience with Jeff Wyler Eastgate.

Probably going to McCluskey for the Cruze or Malibu though.

Talking about dealers.

I got a letter in the mail today from the Chevy dealer closest to me. In it was a copy of the TSB for my convertible top. This dealer was not the one I purchased from, nor is it the one I took my car in to have the BCM updated last summer.

I haven't even received the recall notice from GM and they've already taken the time to send me a letter on their own. I'm thinking they are going to get a shot at my future business, including this recall.

I don't know which dealer that is, but if it's the one in Marysville... I'd be leary. I go to Marion (McDaniel) for my work even though I live 3 miles from the Marysville dealer.

Dave Kehl, Mechanicsburg.
The one in Marysville is the one that misled me regarding allocation when i originally placed my order.

Cool. I've purchased from Kehl before. They seem to be a good place to do business.

Have you got any updates about DE you want to share. I haven't heard anything about her lately except for that beautiful intake pic you posted.

Even forgot my pass word. hope everyone is still good, alot of folks on here I havent met yet, but look forward to meeting yas, and seeing all the 1st C5fest folks from a couple years ago. Man time flies. Got 42K miles on V1C1OUS, 3 grand children (one in the oven), and a new job (only 5 miles from home), so I'll read back through the posts and see what everyones been up to. My car just got back from the chassis shop this week. The cage is in. IPS is putting the interior back in the car this week and trimming it as needed to fit with the cage. Then, they have to remove the interior again and send the car to have the cage painted this weekend.

Here are few pics of the cage from this week.

So that's what those speakers look like.

Man, that's some crazy stuff. I get anxious seeing my front bumper removed. My plan is to make sure I don't run under 11.5 and then get the
notion to do this too.

Hope it all comes back together quickly for you. You must be getting pretty eager to see it running again.
