4 Hours for the Headers and cats is a STRETCH, we charge 3 Hours for most header and cat installs and that is Generous on the time.

This. I installed my own LT headers, cats and catback exhaust in about 5 and a half hours. That was on jack stands too. No way it'll take a shop a full days work. I'm calling

He said JUST the headers would be 4 hours... and then anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to marry the cats to the stock exhaust. He went on and on about all the stuff that is in the way! I explained that these headers are the easiest to install on the car and I was planning to do it myself.

EDIT: I called this shop because I can't wait and wanted the install to be today while I was at work! :-D

I can see headers being 4 hours, MAYBE. But no way you need 2-4 hours to hook high flow cats up to the exhaust.

The last Camaro I did was 2.5 hours from the time we drove it into the shop until we drove it out. These new Camaros are the easiest cars I have ever installed headers on.

+1, I was just about to say the exact same thing, since it was my car that we did in 2.5 hrs.
