winter break boredom with camaro
dont know if anyones done this but i thought i would share,
so my camaro came with stock chrome 20"s and ive always wanted to powdercote but if i ever wanted to go back it would cost me around 500 so i went looking on youtube to look for ideas on painting and i came across this video http://youtu.be/0aV2H57bES4 so i went to a sign shop and baught a roll of vinal and gave it a shot and these we my results |

For just being vinyl, that looks pretty damn good!

Seems like it'd be a lot of work to do with vinyl. Harder than plastidip? Looks great though. How long did it take you?

Thanks guys I like it both ways and I wouldn't mind going back and forth with chrome. It only took around 4 hours , Ive had it on for 5 days and no problems

FYI ... The stock 20's don't come chromed, someone paid a lot of money getting them done. Nice job with the vinyl

Black wheels aren't my thing, but I have to say you've done an excellent job as far as the pics show. How did you manage to keep them wrinkle free, with all the weird angles going on?
