Car Craft, October 2010, page 35. It is really an "in your face" shot... The car just looks mean. ...and I am sure the Mustang & Challenger guys are checking it out too. The car looks dead stock from the front. Walk softly and carry that big stick. |

This is just WRONG! You guys cant go posting full pics of your builds and all details and promise dyno results and then tell us we have to wait. You all are SICK! I guess I will have to wait til LSX to unveil myself now.....LOL This is going to be one HELLUVA weekend with several camaro5 people showing all their hard work and effort.

the main hold up is we are not happy with the tensioner system for how hard we will be pushing it, so we are devising a custom reinforced tensioner to handle the 10-rib drive. We had to do something similar with the magnacharger on James's car due to insufficient belt wrap, but on the kenne-bell it's purely an upgrade for strength and durability.
Don't worry, we will more than likely be offering this as an item that can be purchased for those of you needing the best of the best in durability |

This car is going to rock! I just hope the Hendrix set-up comes in soon! Jason: Believe me...the suspense is killing me too! Its all about customizing the tensioner set-up! Its definitely an art that Livernois has down to a science!

Update
Didn't want it to seem like I was leaving everyone hanging! The update is that the bracing of the tensioner set-up is done....some pieces take a little while to get in! I know Dan will be gone until next Wednesday....and when he gets back, not sure if I'm going to be first to go to the dyno and get it tuned.
I heard that the Hendrix 9" set-up is on its way...so, everything should come together late next week..or early the following week!

C'mon, no more suspense. You could have hacked a tensioner setup out of a piece of plywood.... and be done. We gotta hear this thing run. Single digits are a good thing !!! Post pics when you get 'em... Did the 9" come in yet ? |

You know, everytime I think I decide what type of FI I want (turbo, PD, centrifugal) a thread like this comes along and I have to rethink the whole thing. The 3.6 kb looks nasty.
