Mine broke free!
Finally after sitting bayed for over a month (build date 1/25), I got word that my 1LE is on its way! My salesman said in his last text that it is "somewhere in IL" still on a railcar. I'm trying to be optimistic but I think my timing is going to suck for delivery. I am out of town Mon-Fri next week. Unless it can get offloaded today or tomorrow to a truck, it isn't a long ride from IL to central IA. There is a remote possibility that it could show up Sat so I can pick it up before I head out of town.
If it doesn't show up until next week, any chance I could talk one of my fellow forum members into picking it up for me and having it broken in before I get home? I don't like a lot of tread on my tires so whoever picks it up will have to wear all the extra rubber off the tires for me. I also like it when my brakes smell nice and burnt so you'll have to throw into some serious hard braking during the break-in. Anyone interested in helping, just email me at: yeafrigginright@gullible.com
