Phastek experience - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So this weekend was my first experience with Phastek. I have bought a few parts from them, but hadn't been able to get anything done at their new shop until recently.

So I was having issues with my electric cutouts. The install shop couldn't really find the issue so I decided to get Phastek to help out. I dealt with Ricardo and I can't express enough how professional and helpful he was. Never once did I sense a hint of exasperation.

I also bought the tail light afterburner kit and had them do the install. Since I live about an hour away from the shop, I had to drop the car off last sunday. So even on Easter Sunday, the guys cared enough about my car that they had someone meet me at the shop to park my car inside the shop overnight. Now thats dedication to their customers.

So the install went well, and they were able to fix my cutouts for a very reasonable price. The night I picked the car up, Jason and Ricardo stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with everything and we had a good conversation about my next set of mods (gears).

I'm very grateful to Ricardo and all the guys at Phastek for taking care of my car. I definitely recommend them to anyone, and I am sure I will have them work on my car again.

Haven't had any work done at their shop, but have dealt with Ricardo through C5 about mods and shipping, etc. Very fast replies and updates every day with info.

Phastek is the best. I always deal with jason and he makes sure my parts are in stock and send them out asap.

Same here....have bought several parts & visited with Jason. Hands down they are the guys to go to. I live about 10 hours away and have thought I would drive down to have them work on my SS.

i just made my first purchase with them last week and holy cow do they move quick!!! My stuff was shipped out the same exact day!!!!!!

They are the best. Had them install solo cat back and cai intake last week. Ricky and the staff are very friendly and do great work. Thanks guys! Will be back for more!
