Bought and paid on 3-7-11 he told me he would ship on Thursday or Friday after he installed his new system. Said work was holding him up. I emailed on Friday, he said he would ship on Saturday (work). I emailed Saturday, no response (yet he had my money, wouldn't you let a customer know whats up? that really pissed me off). I emailed again, nothing. Finally on Sunday I get a response that his new system was damaged and he can't install it. So I'm S.O.L. Says he'll refund my money (don't have it yet, pending). Now he is trying to say the deal was contingent on him getting a new system (he never said that when we made the deal, just hurry up and send the money so it won't hold up the shipping). I have kids his age (25) and I should have known better then to trust someone using the Joker as his Avatar, but he kept saying he would ship it when his work allowed him the time, he never said when he is satisfied with his new system (I guess he only owns 1 car?). I have all emails to prove everything I said. We had a deal, he should have kept it. FLAKE
