ZL1 Spoiler Install

Im getting a ZL1 spoiler soon. Began to look around on "How to's" and came across an issue in which three holes from the early 5th gen SS are exposed. I am open to seeing other fixes other than taking my trunk to a shop and having them fill and repaint that area. I had a friend a mention to me use plugs similar to those that are used to plug front license plate holes and I am curious to know if anyone has had success with this method or has any photos as to how it looks like.

You will have two holes under the spoiler brake light. You can do one of two things;
order body colored plugs from Chevrolet. Or have the body work done to fill and paint
them.

I saw a video where they just used push in fasteners with some sealant.
