In my defense I shipped hood and hood arrived damaged it's not my fault UPS damaged it. The guy did not pay extra for insurance so therefore it was shipped out normal. So he filed a dispute with paypal and lost. That's all I have to say. Sorry things happened the way it did . That's all I have to say .

My hood never arrived. UPS would not deliver because hood was poorly packaged and severely damaged. You agreed to send refund on Friday after you got paid. Come Friday no response...phone turned off. Explain that?
