IAT is what? Internal Air Temp? I'm assuming the Temp inside the box if that's what IAT means?

Looks like CAI may be the overall winner for most HP/TQ without tune and excellent fit. To bad their site isn't working well right now. If I remember correctly this is one that had heat shielding on the inside of the box. I think he also said it should be around the $400 range (can't remember).

I would like to see more info and pics for their CAI but their site is not really working and it's probably going to get kinda hammered over the next few days.

Question about the New Era. What about it made it have poor driveability? It seems like it had the lowest temps of all. Did that have something to do with it?

Also, what is grams/cyl?
At low engine speeds the maf being so close to the TB, picks up backwash from the valves opening and closing, unavoidable with such a short distance.

Beleive me it is minor and will not happen on every car on those that experience it Custom tuning definately helps a bunch.

Some times you have to make Small sacrafices for Power.

Gram/Cyl, is the Air flow reported by the MAF with ultimately controls fueling and selection of timing cell on the timing map.

If you look you will see different timing recorded for each kit due to differences in Grams/Cyl reorted by MAF.

Hey Uncle Ted I can't thank you enough for doing this for all of us! Great spreadsheet
i would like to know if you can tell me: Why is the "fuel trim" different? How does it get changed? If the fuel trim was "turned up" on the CAI, would it make more horsepower?
And the IAT reading: what are "Good Numbers" compared to stock? Should they be higher, lower, or unchanged?
Thanks Again and Have A Great Day!

Their site started working for me as well but when I did a search on products I only found the filter replacements.

How much did you have to pay for the CAI?

I'm going to try their site again in a few min.

Untuned, I think it shows how efficient the stock system is .. Look at the timing on the stock runs

It's listed at $399. Mine was $418 with shipping.
