Yellow and Blue ZL1 in Camaro corral at Rolex 24 @ Daytona

At the Rolex 24 in the Camaro Corral. Driven in from Michigan by GM execs on winter tires. Enjoy!

It's not vin number 1 - it's a ctf car - and the vin numbers for the production car have a different format

Vin 1 is a black ZL1

The ZL1 Project manager said the one he was driving(yellow) was vin # 1. if you know what he looks like you can see him in the first & third pictures. Also, the IBM had a CTF sticker, not the yellow.

I don't doubt that's what you were told, however, it's been confirmed on here that the production ZL1's will have sequenced VINs, and I'm fairly certain the 1st one ends with C9800001.

The VIN of that yellow one you've pictured doesn't follow the format of the sequential VINs.

It's also been said that VIN 1 is Black, although that's yet to be confirmed.

If I'm wrong then I apologize, time will tell I guess

Either way, the pics are great

Deleted that post. I may have misunderstood. Maybe he meant ctf vin 1.

Are they still planning on killing off the blue?

How dumb is that?

I don't understand the logic in parading around a car with a discontinued color that you can't order.

I need a yellow one too. Aqua Blue Metalic would rock.

Yellow looks good with the black wheels.
