I have a TVS 2300 Maggie and I'm happy with it, no issues so far and I live in Dubai where the temperature goes up to 50 degrees Celsius during summer!!
I've heard good stuff about Whipple 2.9 too

Depends on what you want. If you want 500rwhp and leave it there, ok. If you want 600+ or more power later, there are better options. Even for just 500hp I think there are better options.

True you can make 600+ with other mods, smaller pulleys, etc. You just spend a lot more money to do it.

$7500 for a magnacharger
$1300 for headers $350 for CAI $250 for OD cogs $350 for BAP $450 for bigger injectors $90 for smaller pulley Now you make 600rwhp. Or bolt on a TT kit for $7500, set it to 7-8psi make 600rwhp. More torque, more top end, no heat soak issues, and can turn it up later when you want.

You can catch some great deals on Maggies from vendors so thats a plus. But wouldn't be my 1st choice if wanting a PD blower. I'm a super fan of the whipple, but also ECS makes great kits if you consider centrifugal blower aswell.
But in the end, what ever you pick will be fun. These big tanks come alive with any type of FI. I'm totally out the ordinary and went with a vortech-lysholm 2300 and love it.

Love my Maggie!! Don't think you can really go wrong with any of the new FI systems though. Pull the trigger. You'll LOVE it! It really wakes them up.
