$200K vs probably less than $75K for the Z? Not even in the same ball park. That would be top of the line C7 territory. |

My heart is for the Z28, ,, but what I have seen on the vet forum, the new Z06 could be supercharged with an LT4 and lighter. But also on the Z06, some speculate a price range of $95 k to $120k.

Adding weight up high and up front skews both the car's mission and its perception away from what the Z06 is, same as adding F.I. to a Z/28 would. Being lighter as well seems rather unlikely. Norm |

A lot of people are saying the Z06 will be supercharged but they also said it will be called the Z07. I guess we will have to wait two more weeks to find out. |

Yeah, there are lots of things about the C7 that people 'knew', such as the fact that the engine would displace 5.5L

I admit I was one of them when I saw the supposed LT4 leak but after a while, I think GM will surprise us. I'm still hoping it is naturally aspirated.

I'll take the $55,000 Stingray over the $75,000 Z/28 anyday...
Could you imagine putting $25,000 in mods on a Stingray what kind of beast you would have then?
