Much better in IMO. If you go early like six ish you'll see more classics or resto mods. Plus you may get parking under the cover if you play your cards right. After eight it's late model cars, ricers and bikes. If the weather has been nice over there it'll be packed. Be prepared for people doing burn outs on the street in front of Snapka's. Cops are okay with a little but crack down hard on racing and excessive display just one block away. Best to not to get caught up in it. Just go admire and have fun. I'm a little jelly. Been awhile since I was around to make it and summers over.

Sure, kick a man while he's down. Looked a little squirrelly at the end. Brakes worked tho. I'm gonna have to go back to a beginners class it's been so long. Thirty short days and I should be back. Just in time for Octobers race.

any of you guys gonna be at the car show in Corpus on Oct 5th and 6th?

Camaro5line has a few cars going north for the event, come on out, or we'd like to hook up with you'll maybe on Saturday night, we won't have our cars as we're putting them inside the convention center.

That's the weekend of the October AutoCross event so it's a good chance most of us will not be at the car show. We might end up hanging out at A&W Saturday evening if we finish running early enough.

Is this something where you have to leave your car in the venue overnight?

American Racing Headers (ARH) and Kooks are the top of the line, youre looking closer to 1500. I am also hearing good things about DynoTech. TSP is also a good option and they are affordable. I was planning on getting those (2" for my future plans) but when I had my cam installed my package deal also included the Stainless Works. They are a very good quality header but aren't a big brand name like the two listed at the top. Kinda like buying Asics or New Balance instead of Nike or Reebok. IIRC I paid a good bit less than 800 but again it was part of the package price and I had two cars done at the same time. Like converted said its hard to go wrong.
Just don't buy SW or TSP and put ARH or Kooks stickers on there or Clark will take them off for you.

Lol you saw that thread where I spun them up huh mike. I have Texas Speed 2" with offroad pipes. Cost me $580 shipped to my house and I installed them in my garage. Whatever you decide let me know if you need help installing them. I only charge food and good company.
