I'm not really the kinda guy that goes around saying Merry Christmas to people but it's different for me this year. I grew up going to church and as I got older I faded away from it. Not from disbelief, I just didn't continue going. Fast forward 30yrs and out of the blue I start listening to Joel Osteen on XM and it's made me understand what a jerk I can be to people and how my out look on people can be negative. Trust me, it's hard to want an 1LE or ZL1 real bad and to watch person after person on here buy what I want, when I have to go without due to bills and all. But I know I have to be patient and it'll happen. Over the last few weeks I now look for the good in people(It can be real hard sometimes), or look for a good quality in each person I meet. Along with prayer it's amazing how my outlook is now. Everyday is alittle better and the problems that would bother me, don't seem so bad. My Christmas spirit is coming on..... slowly. I still have my days of negativity but i'm just a man. I know there's greater things ahead for me in my life.

I still want my cars, but in a way it's not that big of a deal to me now. It's hard to describe.

Anyways, I want to wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas from my family and I.

It can be called there things , but one that pups in my mind is
Do the best you can , with what you have , be grateful and be honest with your yourself
Things tend to improve after a little while
If you decided to go negative , that's your call , but Karma sucks !

Merry Christmas to you too OP! I'm glad you are finding personal peace. You mentioned having to go without due to bills, if you get a chance check out Dave Ramsey. He's a Christian based financial guy who has helped my wife and me begin to set ourselves up for financial success in our lives. He has a great radio show and can be found on iheart radio on his own channel.
