It says Mobil 1 on my oil cap on my 2011 2SS.. Did they use Synthetic from the factory?..

Yes they did. Mobil 1 is factory fill on the SS.

Is this oil in any ones honest opinion up there with lets say amsoil in terms of performance...CC or any one that knows please reply

It is a Group V that is blended for track days. It is def not a off the shelf oil. Read the clicky above in my previous post.

Group IV oil is a PAO base. Amsoil 100% synthetic oils are a Group IV oil that has a splash of Group V (Ester) solely for cold pour properties.
