They normally have a host hotel (or a few)...as far as I can tell, they haven't released which hotel that is going to be yet.

You will want to wait for the C5 Host Hotel announcement. Then book and stay with the rest of us... It's still 8 months away...

They always find a place w/ plenty of rooms and a back up Hotel... I don't think anyone was turned away last year. You could always grab a room somewhere and then change it when the host hotel is announced.

There is a ton of fun in the parking lot hanging out around all the cars during this event. You really want to be AT the host hotel.

Here's the thread to watch... Post #1

Just an FYI, as this place is home to the Indy 500, the Brickyard 400, and the 2012 Super Bowl, I don't think you'll have any problem finding a hotel room

Even at Lafayette, Indiana you are only 1 hr North of the raceway via I-65....

I can't wait to meet everyone at the host hotel. It should be a lot of fun.

As stated, there are plenty of hotels in the area around/close to the raceway park. Even several new ones that are just a year old (away from everyone) over by the new airport.

The Host hotel is usually the place to hangout after hours. You get to relax, have a cold beverage, chit chat with all these crazy car people.
